Founded by an English and Guatemalan couple, Kan Jade was created to share the beauty, heritage and meaning of Guatemalan jade with the UK.

Inspired by a shared love of the outdoors, we design jewellery for people who feel most themselves in nature - whether that means seeking out adventure or simply appreciating slow days, good company and the small moments that make life meaningful.

Every Kan Jade piece begins with our designs and is brought to life in close collaboration with a family of Guatemalan jade artisans, whose knowledge of the stone and their craft has been passed down through generations.

From their family workshop, each piece is shaped, carved and finished by hand. Their deep understanding of jade, combined with our contemporary design approach, gives each piece its own connection to both tradition and the present.

This relationship sits at the heart of Kan Jade. We want our jewellery to celebrate not only the beauty of Guatemalan jade, but also the people, skills and generations of knowledge behind it - creating contemporary pieces that remain connected to the place and craft they come from.
